Personal Information We Collect and Why

This Notice includes disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).  It describes the categories of personal information Genmab (“Genmab,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may collect about US residents who submit job applications and explains how we plan to use that information.

The personal information we collect about job applicants

We collect the following categories of personal information about job applicants during the process of the job application process, including the interviews and internal evaluation of candidates:

Personal identifiers such as name, address, email address, social security number, passport or other government-issued identification documents, and other similar identifiers.

Education, professional and job performance information such as degrees, prior employment, background check information, references, and job descriptions.

Other types of personal information such as your signature and information you may voluntarily provide to us in the course of the job application process.

How we use the personal information we collect

We may collect the categories of personal information noted above for the following purposes: recruitment and hiring and to comply with applicable law.
