Your use of Genmab A/S’s (“Genmab”) social media accounts: @Genmab (Twitter), @GenmabR_D (Twitter), the Genmab YouTube channel and Genmab’s company page on LinkedIn (collectively “Genmab’s Social Media Sites”) are subject to these Terms of Use. Genmab’s Social Media Sites are intended to provide analysts, investors, prospective employees and the general public with information on Genmab as well as act as additional dissemination routes for company announcements, media releases, job postings and information about events, including but not limited to official webcasts featuring Genmab speakers and Genmab participation in medical conferences. Genmab’s Social Media Sites may also be used for the dissemination of additional information, as deemed appropriate.
Genmab’s Social Media Sites are not intended to be used for interactive discussions, including, but not limited to; discussions about clinical trials, financial topics, products created by Genmab or products licensed, manufactured and/or marketed by any company in partnership or collaboration with Genmab. This includes discussions on the reporting of side effects associated with the use of prescription drugs. Any questions or comments specific to products should be made to your healthcare professional. Genmab’s Social Media Sites are also not the places to seek medical advice.

Genmab’s Social Media Sites are managed by Genmab’s Investor Relations & Communications department on behalf of the entire organization, with the exception of Genmab’s LinkedIn page, which is managed by both the Investor Relations & Communications and the Human Resources departments.
Genmab reserves all rights in connection to Genmab’s Social Media Sites and the content on these, including but not limited to removing or modifying any content and discontinuing any of Genmab’s Social Media Sites at any time. Genmab further reserves the right to remove user comments and/or block users who Genmab in its sole discretion deems to act inappropriately or violate these Terms of Use. Among others, Genmab does not accept behavior or user comments, which in Genmab’s assessment:
- Are harassing, threatening, intimidating, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory or malicious
- Violate any applicable legislation or regulation
- Potentially infringe any intellectual property rights
- Constitute medical advice
- Constitute marketing or other commercial communication directed towards either Genmab or the users of Genmab’s Social Media Sites
- Are content that is automatically generated or posted by fake or anonymous users
- Otherwise disrupt the purposes of Genmab’s Social Media Sites

Personal data
If personal data is shared with Genmab via its Genmab Social Media Sites, such personal data will not be stored by Genmab. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and the content provided via Genmab’s Social Media Sites is governed by Danish law and must be interpreted in accordance herewith to the exclusion of any rules or principles that would refer the subject matter to another forum or jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be finally settled under Danish courts.
