HuMax-TF™ is a fully human antibody targeted to Tissue Factor (TF), a protein involved in tumor signaling and angiogenesis.  TF is highly expressed on many solid tumors including pancreatic and colon cancers.  HuMax-TF was selected from a panel of over 70 antibodies based on its ability to bind to TF, inhibit tumor signaling, engage immune effector mechanisms and inhibit tumor growth in pre-clinical experiments.
