Genmab is committed to carrying out effective communication with our shareholders. At the Annual General Meeting on April 21, 2010, the Articles of Association were amended to allow electronic communication with shareholders. Electronic communication enables Genmab to quickly and efficiently send notice of an annual general meeting or other significant information. In addition, electronic communication is environmentally friendly and reduces printing and postage costs.
To enable electronic communication with you, we kindly ask you to register your email address. Genmab uses the InvestorPortal, serviced by VP Investor Services, for electronic shareholder communications.
How to register your email address
- Go to the InvestorPortal
- Log on using a NemID or a VP-ID
- If you do not have a NemID or a VP-ID, please order an activitation code to create a VP-ID via the InvestorPortal
- When you have logged on, click on "My profile" and enter your email address. You can change your email address at any time by logging on to the InvestorPortal
- Select the publications you wish to receive electronically and click “Save preferences”
Only registered shareholders may register an email address. If you are not a registered shareholder, we encourage you to register your shares by contacting your custodian bank.
