GENMAB NAMED FINALIST FOR 2005 SCRIP AWARDS

Copenhagen, Denmark; November 1, 2005Genmab A/S (CSE: GEN) announced today it has been named a finalist in the Best Overall Pipeline category for the 2005 Scrip Awards.  The awards were developed by the editorial team at Scrip and industry leaders to recognize excellence in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries globally.
 

Candidates in the Best Overall Pipeline category will be judged on the size and market potential of their pipeline, range of therapeutic areas, mix across development phases and blend of innovative and lower-risk product candidates.

The winners of the awards will be announced at The Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner at the Grosvenor House in London on December 7, 2005.
