2005 - Genmab A/S (CSE: GEN) has decided to increase its share
capital by 14,150 shares as a consequence of the exercise of employee
warrants.
The increase is effected without any preemption rights for the existing
shareholders of the company or others. The shares are subscribed in cash at
the following prices per share of nominally DKK 1: 2,150 shares at DKK
33.70, 500 shares at DKK 51.50 and 11,500 shares at DKK 116.00. Proceeds to
the company are approximately DKK 1.4 mio (approx. USD 225,000). The
increase corresponds to approx. 0.04 % of the company’s share capital.
The new shares are ordinary shares without any special rights and are
freely transferable negotiable instruments. The new shares carry full right
to dividends payable for the current accounting year. The new shares will
be listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange after registration with the
Danish Commerce and Companies Agency. Genmab A/S’ current share capital
amounts to DKK 33,093,948 and will after the capital increase be DKK
33,108,098. The capital increase is expected to be finalized shortly.
