Copenhagen, Denmark; August 7, 2002 - Genmab A/S (CSE: GEN and Neuer Markt: GE9D) announced that the last day of trading on the Neuer Markt of the company’s shares represented by Co Ownership Interests (COIS) will be Friday the 16th August 2002. From Monday the 19th of August 2002 Genmab COIS will be traded on the Regulated Market on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange until completion of the delisting process.
