Copenhagen, Denmark; September 10, 2002 - Genmab A/S (CSE: GEN and FSE: GE9D) announced today that the final day of trading of COIS (Co Ownership Interests) on the Regulated Market at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will be on December 10, 2002.

After this date all outstanding COIS will be automatically converted into ordinary shares tradeable on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange at the cost of Genmab.
