LAST DAY OF TRADING OF GENMAB’S CO-OWNERSHIP INTERESTS (COIS) AT THE FRANKFURT STOCK EXCHANGE

Copenhagen, Denmark; December 10, 2002 – Genmab A/S (CSE: GEN and FSE: GE9D) announced this morning that today is the last trading day of the company’s Co-Ownership Interests (COIS) on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

 

All COIS can be exchanged on a 1:1 ratio for Genmab ordinary shares. COIS owners are therefore requested to give their depository bank details of the account where the Genmab shares shall be delivered. Delivery of the shares can be effected free of charge until March 10, 2003. 

 

If the relevant depository bank does not receive account details before September 22, 2003 such co-owner’s number of Genmab shares will be transferred, in his name and at his costs and risk on a trust-custody basis, to Clearstream Banking Luxembourg S.A., Luxembourg.

 

Genmab A/S’ shares will continue to be listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange A/S.
