“The most exciting and challenging part of my job is communicating with the field Clinical Research Associates in different countries. They all have their own separate issues/problems at their respective sites, which they discuss with me. It’s exciting to help them find good solutions. I also assist the International Clinical Trial Manager (ICTM) in creating and updating protocols, CRFs, study reports etc. Eventually, my goal is to become an ICTM.

When I started my career, I worked as a pharmacist at a pharmacy and then as a Clinical Research Associate at a Clinical Research Organization. I chose to move to Genmab, because I wanted to work at a company headquarters, since this is where all the decisions are made. It’s important to me to have the opportunity to influence the procedures and decisions that are made.

At Genmab, we have employees with different educational backgrounds and different personalities representing all age groups. It is a good workplace with a nice atmosphere. The employees are very helpful and open, and as a new employee, it doesn’t take long before you feel as a part of the team. There is a lot of cooperation both inside and outside the teams – and lots of opportunities for each individual employee to move both horizontally and vertically within the company. It is a company where I personally can grow.”
