“My educational background is in Molecular and Cellular Biology, so naturally I am fascinated by antibody technology. I regard it as the most exciting platform within specific molecular targeting. For this reason, I knew about the achievements of Genmab before joining. Genmab challenges the perception of drug development – it’s innovation at high speed, supported by highly skilled employees and a professional organization. While Genmab’s vision and goals are clear and precise, it also retains the biotech spirit. Genmab is characterized by a readiness to adapt, working at high speeds, daring to decide and cooperating across the entire organization.

I manage all manufacturing related planning and coordination activities for specific antibody projects, including contact to internal and external teams and partners. I find project managing exciting and like to be involved in the overall strategic planning and execution of projects. With the fast pace of the company, it’s a continuous challenge to unify all activities within manufacturing according to the visions and goals of the projects.”
