Project Leader, Regulatory Affairs
Employed at Genmab since July 2002
“At Genmab things happen fast. The work pulse is high, and enthusiasm and
innovation is part of our daily work. Everybody wants to be part of making
the projects and Genmab successful. We are good at sharing our project
successes to involve all employees and increase team spirit. For me,
working at Genmab means the possibility to work in an upcoming and openly
ambitious Danish biotechnological company; to use a new technology
platform, which has the potential to get medicinal products on the market
that will make a real difference in healthcare; and to use my specialized
knowledge in a job where my opinion directly influences decisions.
During my years of employment at Genmab, I have moved from a specialist
function in Regulatory Affairs to becoming a Project Leader with personnel
responsibility. As Project Leader, the ever present challenge is finding
the right regulatory strategy to get our biotechnological product from
early development all the way to final registration in the shortest time,
while meeting the requirements of the Health Authorities and ensuring
patient safety. Generally, the personal and professional career
opportunities are very good in Genmab, both if you want to develop within a
specialized area or move to another work area either within or outside your
current department.
I would recommend Genmab to people who want to make a difference. It is an
innovative, busy workplace, where you can learn a lot, be challenged to
change traditional thinking patterns and enjoy a great deal of freedom.”
