Senior International Clinical Trial Manager
Clinical Development
Employed at Genmab since July 2004
“At Genmab, there is no ‘usual’ mentality. There is a lot of space to
adjust existing processes to everyday practical experiences. And there is
almost no hierarchy, which means you are close to the decision makers. You
can get a high level of responsibility and be involved in a diversity of
tasks, if you want to. I feel that opportunities are almost unlimited: I
have the possibility to be trained in a range of tasks within the clinical
development area.
My colleagues are enthusiastic and often full of energy. We help each other
all the time, which makes for a very flexible workplace. It is also an
international workplace, as we employ several different nationalities at
different international sites and therefore have a lot of external
international contacts.
I work at Genmab, because it’s important to me to be part of the efforts to
develop a biomedical product with the potential to treat cancer and make a
real difference to people’s lives.”
