When you have applied

1-3 weeks after advertising  Applicants will receive a letter confirming receipt of the application.  All applications are read and selection for the first interview is made.  Selected applicants are called in for the first interview and subsequently receive a letter confirming the date.

4-5 weeks after advertising  The first interview with HR and the relevant manager takes place.

5-6 weeks after advertising  Selection for testing with the recruitment specialist Mercuri Urval is made.  HR informs the selected applicants that they will proceed to the next step.  Subsequently, applicants are contacted by Mercuri Urval to make appointments for the test and second interview.

Applicants who do not make it beyond the test and second interview will receive a notification letter from HR as soon as possible.

6-8 weeks after advertising  HR and the relevant manager make a decision based on an in-depth report and recommendation from Mercuri Urval.  The chosen applicant is offered the job.  Subsequently, the contract is sent by post or s/he is called in for a final meeting to go over and sign the contract.
